Booking policy
We require a minimum stay of 5 nights.
30% of the rental fee is payable on booking as a non-returnable deposit and the balance of the rent, plus a security deposit of £1,000 is payable 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. If no deductions are made from the security deposit, it will be returned within 14 days of the end of your stay.
If the booking is made less than 8 weeks prior to the start of the rental period, the booking fee must be paid in full, including the security deposit.
Visitors must arrange their own travel and medical insurance, including cancellation insurance.
Your booking fee includes pool maintenance and house cleaning, 6 mornings per-week long stay. This also includes final cleaning of the house.
A rental contract will be shared with you once the accommodation has been booked.
Check in/out
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is 10am.
Please note: we do not accept pets at this time. No ‘stag’ or ‘hen’ parties are allowed to take place within Sinclair House and/or the property grounds.
